Our mission
Construction teams lose millions to avoidable missed deadlines. LienDeadline was created to make notice and lien timelines clear enough to execute with confidence at scale.
Why now
Legacy tools are often expensive, manual, or difficult to integrate. We built a focused platform that gives teams the speed and reliability they need without enterprise bloat.

Who we are

An independent software company

LienDeadline was founded in 2025 by Peter Hallander and Mathias Åsberg. We are an independent software company based in Poland, building deadline calculation and document tooling for construction credit, finance, and legal teams across the United States.

We are a small engineering team, not a law firm. The product is a mechanics lien and preliminary notice workflow platform with guides for all 50 states plus the District of Columbia, available as a web application and a REST API. Public supplier date calculations currently cover reviewed Florida and Kansas scenarios; other states and unsupported conditions require qualified review.
