Frequently asked questions
Is this legal advice?
No. LienDeadline calculates statutory deadlines based on public state law. For legal filing strategy, always consult a licensed attorney.
What states are covered?
State guides cover all 50 US states + DC. Public supplier date calculations cover reviewed Florida and Kansas scenarios; other states return a review-required result instead of an unverified date. We add reviewed states as statute reviews are completed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime without penalties. Read-only access remains available as needed.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. 30-day money-back if you decide to opt out.
How accurate are the calculations?
Public supplier date calculations provide reviewed Florida and Kansas baselines with sources and assumptions. Other states and unsupported conditions require qualified review. Always verify filing strategy with counsel.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Stripe. Invoicing is available for Enterprise customers.
Do you include lien waiver templates?
Yes. Tracker and higher plans include waiver templates and waiver due-date tracking.
